The Institute is an apex body having tripartite functions of training, research and services in the field of mental retardation in the country. Since past 30 years, the institute has been making striking advances in building capacities to empower persons with mental retardation.

The hard copy of the application duly filled in with specified demand draft shall be submitted by post before the due date. Application without demand draft and copies of certificates will not be entertained. Application received after the due date will not be considered. The decision of the Institute is final in this regard.
