ICICI Bank has invited application for Probationary Officer Training programme i.e. ICICI-Manipal PO - Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) for November 2016 and February 2017 batches. This is a one year full time residential programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA) campus, Bengaluru including internship and on-the-job training at ICICI Bank.

This is a one year full time residential programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA) campus, Bengaluru including internship and on-the-job training at ICICI Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:
    Graduation with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
    Up to 25 years of age as on 30th June 2016 (Should have been born on or after 30th June 1991).
    Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process.



Selection Process:

The selection process for Probationary Officer will consists of the below
    Online Aptitude test
    Online Psychometric Questionnaire
    Case-based Group Discussion (GD)

Fees of the Training Programme:

    Rs.3,60,675/- (Loan amount of Rs.3,15,000/- Plus applicable Service Tax, which is presently at 14.5%)
    Rs.16,354/- (Cost of Tablet + Cover + SD Card + VAT)
    Total amount: Rs.3,77,029/- which would be provided by ICICI Bank as a loan at a subsidized interest rate of 2.5% p.a.

Programme Structure
The programme structure is as follows:

    Term 1 (4 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
    Term 2 (2 months) - Internship at ICICI Bank
    Term 3 (2 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
    Term 4 (4 months) - On-the-job training at ICICI Bank

The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in July 2016 followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in
September 2016 & December 2016 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test.
